Requirements

  • 2+ years of UI/UX Design experience in commercial projects;
  • Strong UX expertise;
  • Understanding of Design Thinking process;
  • Be able to hold a stakeholders and user interviews;
  • Be able to hold a usability testings;
  • Ability to match business requirements and user needs in the design of a digital product;
  • Experience in building of the Information Architecture;
  • Experience in designing of charts, dashboards;
  • Strong experience of work with prototyping tools;
  • Good graphic design skills, understanding of color theory, typography, ability to create an icons, work with photos;
  • Be passionate with the latest UI trends;
  • Be acquainted and be able to use the design systems and guidelines like Material, Human Interface, Bootstrap etc;
  • A portfolio with your latest works;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to protect each of your decisions;
  • English: Upper Intermediate
  • As a plus: Experience in motion design

Responsibilities

  • Working on a variety of mobile and web projects in different spheres
  • Lots of communication with the customers based in the US and Europe

  • UX Research, User and Stakeholders Interviews, Usability testings

  • Creating the Information Architecture

  • Designing the Wireframes and the UI for the complex design projects

  • Designing consistent interfaces

  • Internal projects and design challenges
