  • 2 + years of experience in recruitment

  • Understanding of principles and purposes of recruitment

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Good understanding of IT job market

  • Drive, flexibility and sense of humor

  • Experience working with 3+ recruitment team; 

  • Had experience working with recruitment lead; 

  • Working on specific process;

  • Intermediate+ level of English



  • Search, select and headhunt candidates
  • Full cycle recruitment for technical and managerial positions
  • Building candidates pools and actively maintain them
  • Managing interview and test task completion by candidates
  • Improving recruiting processes
