WayThru is a fintech multi-tenancy platform, based in the United States,  aimed at helping debt management companies operate efficiently, helping schedule debts using various payment providers. The company’s ethos is rooted in humanity, focusing on a modern, empathetic approach to debt recovery.

In their pursuit to become the leading software solution for debt collection in the United States, WayThru required:

What was done

For WayThru, we embraced a comprehensive tech stack combining the React JavaScript framework, Python Django, AWS cloud infrastructure, and Bitbucket pipelines. The platform pivots on a multi-tenant architecture, enabling WayThru to not only serve its users but also offer its software as a white-label product. Furthermore, we tackled the complexities of payment processing, scheduling, and integration with an array of external services, all underpinned by rigorous quality assurance.

Our journey with WayThru began with the development from scratch, and we’re proud to say that it has become a resounding success. We are actively building new features, onboarding new users and tenants, and providing steadfast support ensuring the security and functionality of the platform.

For consumers: two-factor authentication, add/delete/edit payment methods, select a payment plan (frequency, amounts, full debt or one-time payment), review payment history, etc.

For agents: two-factor authentication, add/delete/edit payment methods, customer list with filters, review and edit communication preferences,  notes to each customer, send automatically generated emails, etc.
