Requirements

Hard skills

- 1+ years experience in outbound lead generation and best practices;
- Good knowledge of the software development process;
- Upper-Intermediate English (written) or higher;
- Result-oriented, creative, proactive, and ambitious person;
- Self-starter, strong self-organizational and time management skills.

Soft skills

Highly proactive and leadership skills;
Can easily work with estimations;
Have a clear and client-oriented approach to communicating and building expectations with stakeholders.

It would be a plus:

- Understanding of outsourcing IT sector;
- Experience with lead generation tools (Reply, etc) and CRMs (Pipedrive).

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with innovative entrepreneurs aka clients and explain design rationale on the top management level;
• Work on design of the mobile application projects in different spheres (preferably e-commerce);
• Get involved in all stages of the UX Design process;
• Setting up a perfect design system using Design Token methodology;
• Conduct UX Research, User and Stakeholders Interviews, and Usability testings;
• Match business requirements and user needs in the design of a digital product;
• Ensure the design is correctly implemented by developers.

- Regularly update and keep up-to-date profiles;
- Run lead generation campaigns on various platforms (Upwork, and etc);
- Find decision-makers and their contact details;
- Create sequences of outreach messages;
- Identify customer needs and address the solutions;
- Weekly reports on the progress;
- Keeping the CRM up-to-date.
