What is the main challenge?
You will be involved in leading the huge marketing stream. There will be a lot of content repurposing, content management, and creation. It’s critical to have an advanced English level and be able to deliver ideas in a slick and concise manner.

Requirements
Hard skills
• 1+ years of work in a similar position in B2B marketing communications or agency;
• At least Upper-intermediate communication skills in written and spoken English;
• Global vision of the IT industry and international B2B experience;
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail;
• Experience in managing and creating meaningful content in different formats and for various channels;
• Understanding of marketing elements (as SEO, Social media, PPC, etc.) and market research methods;
• Experience working with: Clutch, GoodFirms, Behance, Dribble, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting;
• Experience in marketing data analytics and tools;
• Ability to meet deadlines, and make decisions independently.
Nice to have
• Search for candidates with JS, Ruby, and Python abroad.
Responsibilities
Tech
• Campaign Creation: creation and execution of marketing campaigns that align with business goals and engage our audience;
• Collaborating on Market Research: conduct market research and analyze customer needs and the competitive landscape;
• Coordinating Marketing Efforts: coordinate content creation, social media management, email marketing, PPC campaigns, and SEO efforts to deliver successful campaigns;
• Tracking and Analyzing Campaign Performance: track and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize initiatives and improve ROI;
• Staying Up-to-Date with Marketing Trends.
