We are looking for a self-driven, result-oriented, and reliable Project Manager.
Requirements
Hard skills
• 4+ years in Software Project Management;
• Deep knowledge of Project management lifecycle and best practices;
• Experience in working with foreign customers (US, EU);
• Budget management;
• Effective time management and prioritization skills;
• Strong influencing, negotiating, and delegating abilities;
• Understanding the mobile and web development lifecycles;
• Team performance management experience;
• Stakeholder management experience;
• Risk management experience and problem-solving skills
Soft skills
• Highly proactive and leadership skills;
• Can easily work with estimations;
• Have a clear and client-oriented approach to communicating and building expectations with stakeholders.
It would be a plus:
• ICAgile, PMI, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance (or any other) certifications.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Gathering requirements, and transitioning them from the design team to development;
• Manage and track the Change Management log;
• Documentation of work and integrations (a strong understanding of business formatting and presentation documentation);
• Stakeholder and Communication management within the project;
• Project planning, monitoring, and controlling project progress;
• Team management, performance, and motivation overview;
• Budget Management (Invoicing) and Risk Management;
• Quality planning and control.
