Middle/Senior Backend Engineer (Go/PHP)
Ralabs is looking for an experienced Back-End Engineer to be part of an innovative project in the telecommunications industry.
Requirements
Hard skills
• 4+ years of experience in back-end development;
• Strong proficiency in PHP and GoLang;
• Experience with e-commerce systems or similar is a plus;
• Understanding of Google Cloud services for deployment;
Excellent team collaboration skills and experience working in an agile environment.
Strong Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Soft skills
• Highly proactive and leadership skills;
• Can easily work with estimations;
• Have a clear and client-oriented approach to communicating and building expectations with stakeholders.
It would be a plus:
• ICAgile, PMI, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance (or any other) certifications are not mandatory but will be a plus.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end architecture for the Client’s platform.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure smooth data flow and optimized performance.
• Implement security measures aligned with OWASP Top 10 standards to protect user data.
• Work in an agile team, participating in all Scrum activities with the client’s project management team.
