Ralabs is seeking an energetic and skilled IT Recruiter to join our growing team.

Requirements
Hard skills
• 1.5+ years of experience in the IT Recruitment full cycle;
• Experience handling 2-4 vacancies at the same time with different levels;
• Experience in international IT markets;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
• General knowledge of IT market and IT technologies;
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
Soft skills
• Highly proactive and leadership skills;
• Can easily work with estimations;
• Have a clear and client-oriented approach to communicating and building expectations with stakeholders.
It would be a plus:
• ICAgile, PMI, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance (or any other) certifications are not mandatory but will be a plus.

Responsibilities
• Сover Full Cycle Recruitment process on a specific location such as Balkans region, Azerbaijan, and LATAM. Manage the recruitment process, from the initial job posting to the candidate's accepted offer.
• Collaborate: with hiring managers, sales, and clients to understand the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit required for each role.
• Maintain the recruitment ATS, ensuring the information is up-to-date for all positions you are working with;
• Market Research: stay updated on industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
• Relationship Management: build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaboration.
