We are looking for a Junior/Middle HR to join our team and help shape a strong and people-centered culture in the company.

How many stages of the interview are there?
- Interview with the Recruiter – up to 30 min.;
- Interview with Senior HR – 1 hour;
- Interview with Head of Strategy & COO up to 1 hour
Requirements and responsibilities
Hard skills
- 2 years of experience in an HR role
- Practical experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration, or HR Generalist role.
- Experience owning operational HR processes end-to-end.
- Experience with HRIS and understanding of workflow, approval, and employee-data management logic.
- Strong systems thinking; ability to turn unstructured requests into a clear process and action plan.
- Able to independently research unfamiliar topics — find information, verify it, bring in relevant expertise, and propose solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to see tasks through to completion.
- High attention to detail, especially with documents, statuses, dates, and personal data.
- Able to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly explain complex procedures to employees.
- Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
- Sufficient English for communication with employees, consultants, and external partners.
- High level of confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Understanding of reservation (бронювання) procedures and military registration documents.
- Willingness to complete trainings and maintain professional certification.
Nice to have
- Experience configuring and optimizing Zoho People or another HRIS.
- Experience in an IT company or another fast-paced environment.
- Practical knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and кадрове діловодство.
- Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or legal entities.
- Experience working with Estonia or other European jurisdictions.
- Experience interacting with local HR consultants, accountants, lawyers, or government bodies.
- Practical experience with Дія.City, “critical” companies in Ukraine, and reservation processes.
- Experience going through audits or preparing HR documentation for audit.
- Experience building onboarding/offboarding workflows and automated notification flows.
- Relevant courses or certifications in HR or military record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and offboarding sessions.
- Conduct PE/KE (Performance & Knowledge Evaluations) for employees.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data in HR systems.
- Support HR processes for employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions, accounting for local specifics, holiday calendars, and engagement formats.
- Advise employees on internal HR processes, policies, benefits, and available scenarios.
- Maintain military registration (кадровий і військовий облік) in line with current Ukrainian legislation for military obliged employees. Support these employees with military registration documents, deferrals, and reservation (бронювання) procedures.
- Build and improve learning, competency evaluation, and career-development processes, including KE, mentoring, and internal training initiatives.
- Coordinate workforce-related mobilization and business-continuity processes.
- Draft and maintain HR policies, procedures, and checklists (approved by the Senior HR).
- Maintain and improve HRIS workflows, approvals, notifications, and automations (Zoho People or other systems).
- Participate in preparation for potential audits and keep documentation audit-ready.
- Coordinate complex employee cases cross-functionally with Recruitment, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and IT.
