Requirements and responsibilities
- 4 + years of experience as a Business Analyst on software-development projects.
- Experience delivering complex SaaS, FinTech, CRM, workflow automation, or communication-management products.
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and backlog-management skills.
- Experience defining integrations between multiple platforms and external services.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, data flows, relational databases, and system integration concepts.
- Ability to create process flows, sequence diagrams, data mappings, and role-permission matrices.
- Experience working with configurable business rules, workflow engines, approval processes, or no-code editors.
- Ability to convert ambiguous stakeholder requests into testable requirements.
- Experience supporting development and QA teams throughout the complete delivery lifecycle.
- An Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
- Experience with AWS QuickSight or similar embedded BI tools.
- Understanding of compliance-controlled consumer communications.
- Analyze the current MVP functionality, UAT feedback, approved change requests, and technical constraints.
- Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops with product, marketing, operations, compliance, and technical stakeholders.
- Document current and target business processes for campaign creation, approval, activation, and monitoring.
- Define and maintain the Phase 2Â scope, priorities, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, business rules, process diagrams, and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Manage requirements traceability from stakeholder request through development, testing, and release.
- Prepare functional specifications for integrations with the Debt Servicing Platform, client back-office systems, communication providers, and reporting tools.
