The project is a long-term product in the UK healthcare domain: a referral-management solution for dental and optical care. The client is rebuilding the platform from scratch and moving from a referral-centric model to a patient-centric one, where referrals become configurable forms and workflows.
The product is built with an AI-first approach (Agentic Development Lifecycle), using Claude / Claude Code, AI agents and automated E2E testing. This is not a classic PM role focused on Jira and ceremonies. The ideal candidate drives delivery through AI, simplifies processes and takes ownership from day one.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the new platform (main focus, active development), support of existing platforms, migration to the new platform and gradual shutdown of the old ones.
We also expect you to take an active part in business discussions, follow UK healthcare standards and news, and contribute to the product, not only to management.
You will take ownership of delivery across a complex UK healthcare product, leading a cross-functional team of around 13 people. Your main focus will be building the new patient-centric platform while balancing support for existing products, planning migration and managing the gradual shutdown of legacy systems.
You will help the team put AI-first delivery into practice: identifying where AI agents, automation and workflows can improve delivery. Working directly with product, technical and senior business stakeholders, you will turn evolving requirements into clear priorities and achievable plans. You will need to understand the healthcare domain, contribute to product decisions and navigate integrations, quality requirements and migration risks while keeping the team focused and motivated.

Requirements and responsibilities
- 5+ years in Software Project Management in complex product environments;
- Hands-on experience with AI in delivery: AI agents, agentic development, process automation, connectors, workflows;
- Practical experience with different AI models and understanding of what tasks to delegate to AI;
- Strong ownership and proactivity;
- Ability to challenge processes and remove bureaucracy;
- Business thinking and readiness to dive into the domain;
- Experience working directly with senior and technical client stakeholders;
- Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing and modern QA;
- Ability to adapt delivery processes to task complexity;
- Experience with integration-heavy products;
- Experience leading a cross-functional team;
- Agile / Kanban experience;
- Advanced English.
