The client

Talck is a platform that simplifies the way of communication within
housing corporations and their tenants.
A convenient platform for users that contains all the information
regarding the real estate and let to contact tenants quickly.

The challenge

The challenge was to enhance communication between housing corporations and tenants by developing a platform based on our concept. Our team needed to develop a platform that would realize our concept.

What was done

Ralabs built the entire platform from the front to the back-end,
allowing the housing corporations to reach their tenants and
always keep them informed via a Progressive Web Application.
The platform consists of three elements to work as its best.

Implemented features:

An admin panel for the customer

The admin panel allows you to create and maintain customer profiles

Custom CMS for each client

Developing a customized CMS enabling clients to import tenants, create posts, utilize text messages for vital updates, with robust segmentation filters and analytics for targeted communication and performance tracking.

A progressive web application

Designed for the efficient repurposing of functions, connections, and code snippets across various projects. This tool aids in maximizing the reuse of existing resources, enhancing productivity.

How Ralabs did it

Due to the business needs, Ralabs built the solution as a SaaS
platform. This allowed Talck to better adopt the system per
household. Also, it allowed branding each other integration with
the household colors and logos. 

We challenged the client’s idea and came up with a solution
with minimal design and good functionality for users. The
client-facing UI is built with a new technology called PWA,
which has many advantages comparing to Mobile Apps. This is a
big thing because this is the first system like that build with the
help of PWA technology.

Results:

A pilot test with one client and 1,000 houses.

The solution is fully-functioning, and both parties are using it for communication. Absence of any issues—it’s working flawlessly
and as expected.
