Proven resources from 950+ startups

The challenge

SVIYP came to us with a clear concept, tight timeline, and the ambition to productize their coaching model. The goal was to launch a fully functional MVP that could support multiple user types, deliver structured content and coaching flows, and lay the groundwork for future AI-driven features.

Personalized coach assistant with topic search and recommended experts
by specialty and experience.

Tight few-months delivery window

The platform had to be designed, built, and deployed fast — without sacrificing quality or scalability.

Multi-role access logic

The system needed to support guests, subscribers, coaches, and admins — each with distinct permissions and user journeys.

Translating business logic into product flows

The Startup Readiness Score had to drive the core experience — from assessments to content recommendations
and coach matching.

Integrated billing and subscription model

Stripe integration was required for monthly plans, one-time purchases, and role-based access to premium content.

Foundation for future AI-powered features

While not part of the MVP, the architecture had to support intelligent content delivery and coach recommendations
down the line.

What was done

We worked closely with the SVIYP team to design and build a strong MVP that translated their coaching methodology into a structured web platform. The project followed an agile delivery model and was launched in just 2.5 months.
